Sailing conditions were mixed over the weekend with fairly light winds, with the rain holding off until Monday, and even then it was only a bit of drizzle.

Happy times on Musketeer

Many thanks to our race officers Sam Kingston, Ed Medcalf and Matt Godbold and their assistants for some fun and interesting courses. Monday's Shipwrecked Mariners race was won by our commodore (great to see you out on the water again Sarah!) and raised £70 for the charity.

Don't forget to upload your sailing action to our club Strava.

We welcomed the Hawk fleet to the clubhouse on Sunday evening for their Spring Dinner, we hope you all had a lovely evening.

Keep sending in your photos from the water to our email or WhatsApp them to 07747 597902. Everyone wants to see the action on our social media sites! Thanks for this one Bruce!

There is some last minute availability for the Powerboat course on 19th & 20th May. Bookings can be made online by following this link.

It's the first Swallows and Amazons meeting this Thursday, 7th May. This will be an onshore session, bring along sailing kit you've outgrown for swaps, and join in the Rookie Beach Safety Award. There will be food and games!

Menus for next weekend are shown below, if you would like make a booking for lunch or dinner, please email us: the_clubhouse@bssc.net
