Winter has arrived!
We woke up to blue skies, sunshine and temperatures close to freezing. Last week's charity bridge tournament, which has been organised by Liz How for the past few years was held in the clubhouse on Tuesday. The event raised a very impressive £2045 for Tapping House Norfolk Hospice. Many thanks to everyone who removed their boats from the dinghy park so promptly this year. Another weekend of very high and very early tides. It appears that rigging in the dark and drizzle isn't so popular, but it is worth the effort just to say that you have launched and recovered your dingy from the sailing club car park! Just don't park your car next to your launching trolly... Well done Harry Spink for winning the Trafalgar trophy and John & Gilly Ellison for the More »
