Complaints Procedure
BSSC Sail Training, Power Boat and Shore Based courses Complaints Procedure
1: If you wish to raise a concern in relation to any of the above courses, in the first instance, please email bsscsailtraining@yahoo.co.uk and members@bssc.net detailing the nature of your concern, date, time, location ( if relevant). Please provide as much information as possible and any supporting evidence. BSSC Sail Training Committee and the club manager will then investigate your concern, speak to the relevant individuals involved and provide you with a written response within 28 days of receipt of your written concern. Confirmation email will be sent when your email is received.
2: If you feel that your concern has not been fully addressed, please put this in writing to the Commodore of BSSC Sailing Club at commodore@bssc.net providing as much information as possible and any supporting evidence. The Commodore will then investigate your concern and provide a full written response within 28 days of receipt of your written concern.
