Sailing Week Entry
We will be using a very similar online entry to last year. As always, if you run into any difficulties, please do get in touch either by emailing the_clubhouse@bssc.net or call us on 07747 597 902.
All tickets will be available from Monday 23rd June 12:00.
Ticket options are as follows:
Sea Fleet 5 day entry and 1 day entry
Harbour fleet 5 day entry and 1 day entry
Mirror adult and Child 5 day entry and 1 day entry
Cockle fleet 4 day entry and 1 day entry
Late tickets will be available after the other ticket options close on Friday 15th August.
The quantity of tickets on sale is based on the availability of safety boat cover. Once tickets are sold out entrants will be added to a waiting list. Your place is confirmed when you have completed your payment and received an email confirmation. It is your responsibility to read the documents posted on the website
Tickets for the social events during sailing week will also be available online until 7 days before the event. After this time they will be available from the bar until 48 hours before the event (or until they sell out)
Non members are welcome to Participate in Sailing week. In order to obtain access to online ticket sales, please email the_clubhouse@bssc.net with details of the boat you will be sailing (class and sail number) so that we can create a temporary login for you. You will also be able to book tickets for the social events using this login.
To buy your tickets:
- Login here. Use the email address that you used for your membership renewal, if you have forgotten your password, use the "forgotten password" feature. If you don't get a password reset email, that you may be attempting to use an email address that we don't have associated to your account.
- Select "Book Events"
- Select "Open Events"
- One day tickets are available under the individual day shown - just click the date and you'll be offered tickets for that day.
- For 5 day tickets click the blue button "click here to book group tickets"
- Please read the ticket options carefully and make sure you purchase the correct ticket(s).
- You can purchase multiple tickets (e.g. if you have multiple family members entering).
- You can purchase multiple single day tickets but if you are entering for more that 3 days, it will be cheaper (and simpler) if you buy the 5 day ticket.
- If you navigate away from the ticket purchase before paying, you will find your tickets in the "My Invoices" which is located at the bottom of the Members Hub home page.
- If you can't find your boat in the drop down menu or if you are entering in a borrowed boat, you may need to email us to have some details added to your membership account.
