Keith and Alex have been managing the clubhouse together since July 2021 and were joined by Dirk, our chef, in August 2022.
We are now looking to recruit more staff so that we can extend our opening times and offer an even better service to our members.
BSSC currently have vacancies for the following positions.
Assistant Chef
Kitchen porter/Pot Wash
Bar/Waiting Staff
We are looking to recruit new staff members to join our kitchen & front of house teams and work alongside our Clubhouse Managers. We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the sailing season from April 1st 31st October. The clubhouse is also open for Sunday lunches and special events throughout the winter months. We are seeking motivated people who are able to work as part of the team in our fabulous modern clubhouse. Successful candidates will be offered on the job training and competitive renumeration for any work undertaken. Depending on your role, no formal qualifications are required and experience working in catering preferred but not essential.
Contract length: March - November (with an option to continue through the winter) Expected hours: 20 - 40 hours per week depending on the needs of the club and availability of the candidate.
